Designer Custom Pools is a first-class pool construction company! Justin and his team did an amazing job building our backyard retreat. The quality of their work is second to none, and the equipment they use is top-of-the-line. Our project manager (James) worked with us daily from start to finish. We had five bids from other pool builders in the area. Still, we decided to go with Designer Custom Pools because their bid was the most detailed and compatible and included everything from A to Z (Which other pool builders didn't include in their bids). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
Sherry N. - Beverly Hills
Justin and his team created a backyard paradise better than we could have imagined. When we decided to build a pool and outdoor living space, we called more than five companies, many of which didn't return our calls. Eric (Sales and Design) came out soon after the first call, spent almost 2 hours with us talking about what he thought would be the best use of our space, and he listened to everything we had on our wish list. No other company left us excited to work with them. Within a couple of days, we had 3D renderings and a contract. We were impressed with the customer service and the communication process throughout the construction phase, pricing, and quality of work from Designer Custom Pools. We could not be happier with the results. 100% satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.
Tom M. - Irvine
We love our pool!! We started looking for a pool builder six months ago and interviewed three companies before we called Designer Custom Pools. Andrew came out and spent an hour and a half with us, designing a perfect pool for our backyard. He also listened to and incorporated our design ideas into his final Design. The final result was magic!! We loved the Design and the price he quoted us and decided to sign a contract with Designer Custom Pools. Best decision of our lives!!! They built a dream pool for us within three months, making the process easy. We recommend Designer Custom Pools to anyone looking to build a dream pool.

The detailed work done by all crew was like art and was amazing to watch. The floor men cleaned up after themselves every day and never left trash in our backyard. Justin at Designer Custom Pools built an amazing custom pool and spa for my family and me. One of the main reasons you'll want to choose Designer Custom Pools over their competitors is because they will design a pool specifically for your backyard, well within your budget and down to the smallest detail. All other pool companies we interviewed gave us their already-made cookie-cutter designs. Justin listened to our wants and built something unique and custom for our space and taste. They made the construction process very easy for us. Our project manager (James) was knowledgeable and always available to answer our calls. We had the best experience with Designer Custom Pools and have already referred them to our neighbors looking for a pool contractor.
Mike P. - Long Beach

Dan personally oversaw every phase of construction and was hands ma, king sure every detail was correct. Our pool was completed sooner than expected. The construction phases were seamless; everyone cared for our home and yard. We are glad we chose Designer Custom Pools over the other three pool companies we interviewed. Thanks again, Designer Custom Pools. We love our pool!!

My wife and I had such an amazing experience with Designer Custom Pools. Our pool and outdoor kitchen were completed perfectly in a very timely manner. Norb, our pool designer, designed a perfect backyard pool and spa. We were kept updated along the way and never had to worry about a thing! James was our main point of contact throughout the process. He couldn't be better at his job. Would drop anything at any time to resolve an issue. Our pool is gorgeous, and we recommend Designer Custom Pools to anyone!!

My husband and I highly recommend Designer Custom Pools. Before We met with Andrew (Sales and Design) before building our pool. He was extremely knowledgeable and listened to what we had in mind (And not what he wanted to sell). Ultimately, we decided to go with him because he designed the perfect pool that fit our backyard and was within our budget. The entire Designer Custom Pools team and their customer service were amazing, and they completed our pool way before the promised deadline. They met and exceeded our expectations in every way, from Design to finish. They were timely and professional. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome of our project and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to family and friends.
